If you have a magic circle grab it, if you don’t, grab a resistance band, ball, or weights… when we use the circle you can alternate between a ball and a resistance band depending on whether we are moving out or in with the ring, or use nothing at all! Either way, you’ll love this workout.

Certified instructor, Sydney Soschin, walks beginners through some mat Pilates basic exercises. Great if you are new to Pilates, or need a lower impact workout for any reason.

Pilates Mat for Expectant Moms

Certified instructor, Sydney Soschin, takes soon-to-be moms through a basic Pilates mat workout you can do from the comfort of your home. 

Episode 0006:
60-Minute Classical Pilates Mat

Classical mat pilates with modifications. Hand weights will be used in class but definitely are not required! This class is a great intermediate class. Andrea is teaching with Sydney and Mindy demonstrating.

Episode 0005:
Classical Pilates Adv w/ Weights

Instructor Sydney Soschin takes you through a full-body workout with various modifications. Laura Pereira and Mindy Socher perform each exercise to perfection. If you have light weights, you can add them to this class, but certainly it is not required.

Episode 0004:
Traditional Pilates w/ Weights

In today’s class, we perform traditional pilates wth a standing side-leg series and add in some small hand weights for additional strength training. 

Episode 0003:
Traditional Pilates w/ Weights

Today’s class is a combination of traditional Pilates with a dash of traditional fitness mixed in. **If you have light hand weights you can use those but they are definitely not required.** (You could even use two small water bottles or cans of food if you wanted to add weights to the class but don’t have real hand weights.)

Pilates Workout 60-Minutes

Lots of triceps, abs, and more advance mat Pilates exercises brought to you by Sydney, Mindy and Andrea. Sorry this one is low-resolution. We had a technical glitch… We’ll be aiming for hi-res moving forward.
