If you have a magic circle grab it, if you don’t, grab a resistance band, ball, or weights… when we use the circle you can alternate between a ball and a resistance band depending on whether we are moving out or in with the ring, or use nothing at all! Instructor Sydney guides you through this fun 35-min workout with a focus on abs and glutes. This is a fun class using optional props, including the magic circle. Traditional Pilates w/ Weights
Today’s class is a combination of traditional Pilates with a dash of traditional fitness mixed in. **If you have light hand weights you can use those but they are definitely not required.** (You could even use two small water bottles or cans of food if you wanted to add weights to the class but don’t have real hand weights.)
